Welcome to Notting Hill Hotel

Located in the heart of London’s charming Notting Hill neighborhood, the Notting Hill Hotel offers a modest yet comfortable stay for travelers seeking convenience and character. Nestled at 2 Pembridge Square, this hotel sits amidst elegant Georgian architecture and verdant tree-lined streets, close to iconic landmarks such as Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. Its proximity to Queensway road’s diverse dining options and a short walk to the Underground with Circle, District, and Central lines makes it an ideal base for exploring London.

The hotel’s rating of 3.4 reflects an honest blend of quality and practicality. Guests consistently praise the attentive and polite staff who enhance the experience with genuine care. For example, one visitor noted how the management went out of their way by providing medicine during a weekend, which illustrates their dedication beyond typical service standards. Cleanliness is another hallmark, with daily linen changes ensuring a fresh environment throughout the stay.

Rooms at the Notting Hill Hotel are praised for being tidy and quiet, though modest in size, with some mentioning limited space, particularly around the vanity areas. This straightforward, no-frills accommodation suits those who prioritize location and affordability over luxury. Families will appreciate the hotel’s kid-friendly approach, while solo travelers and business visitors find it a practical choice for short stays.

While the hotel lacks amenities such as free parking, a fitness center, or airport shuttle, it compensates with reliable free Wi-Fi and a smoke-free environment. The receptionists were mindful and polite, the service was good and I am satisfied with the room we stayed in. The space between the bed and vanity table was very small - if someone is sat there, no space at all is left to pass behind the person. It was clean and our sheets and towels were changed every day. There is a place to leave your luggage if you've come to check in too early so you don't have to wait and can leave it and go exploring the city. Overall it was good, I am satisfied.

Great location with a classical London neighborhood. A short walk to the Underground station with the Circle, District and Central lines. Clean, quiet rooms. Very friendly staff, the manager and service were very kind to us, made check-in, check-out and ordering a taxi very simple. They even provided us with medicine on the weekend because our child was sick in bed. Would recommend it to people looking for a simple and comfortable hotel near all of the big sights.

I stayed here for one night while doing a day's training in London. It's a simple, straightforward hotel in a brilliant location surrounded by beautiful white Georgian houses, leafy trees and quirky shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was small, basic and clean, which was everything I needed. If you're looking for low-cost accommodation in Central London and all you really need is a bed and a shower, then I recommend it wholeheartedly.
